Summer Band Camp
We are extremely excited to announce that this years summer band camp will be held at Eau Gallie High School!
Camp Dates: June 17th-28th
Classes:
Monday-Thursday
Summer band is a wonderful opportunity to have fun, meet new friends, and learn an instrument all at the same time! Currently this camp is only open to Johnson Middle School students, and offers a special chance for your child to get a head start before school begins! We would love to see every Johnson band student at this event!

Beginning Band Mandatory Instrument Testing Days

At Johnson Middle School

Please Attend One Day between 6-7pm : Thursday June 6th, or Friday June7th
If you are a beginning band student YOU MUST BE TESTED before you begin band camp. This will ensure that you are able to acquire an instrument and start learning music on the first day of camp.

Please understand that your child must be tested on each band instrument; This will identify the instrument(s) that your child has the most natural aptitude for. Picking an instrument based on personal preference often leads to slowed progress during the school year. This is why I will work closely with each family to find the best option for their child.
